The place where I read looks like a sofa but it isn´t.

According to the book I´m reading,  it can become a camel, a space ship, a boat or a hot air balloon.

Whenever I observe a new book, I wonder what my sofa will turn into.

This is the place where  I prefer to read . I must say that it´s not easy for me to enjoy so much as I do on the beach. Spending the whole morning with nothing to do. My canvas chair and me exploring  the neverending Galdós and his XIXth century world, it´s just a  pleasure.

Das ist ein Ort, wo ich lesen kann aber am meisten lese ich in der Bibliothek wissenschaftliche Bücher.

Während ich in den Parks und in den Gärten oder entlang neben dem Fluss walke, lese ich deutsche Bücher.

Wenn ich am Wochenende einen Ausflug mache, lese ich in der Jugendherberge oder auf dem Campingplatz am Nachmittag oder am Abend, um die Zeit zu beschäftigen.

Reading every day, anywhere, is a cheap pleasure. 

In particular, this great moment with my classmates means a lot to us. 

We are all learning and enjoying a new language and culture.

This is our special place to read books, information about the Official School of Languages, and to plan our future trips. 

At the EOI, students exchange ideas on their latest readings and encourage each other to improve their English.

My cozy armchair is a comfortable place to read gripping literature. 

This is my grandparent’s old armchair covered by a warm blanket and some soft cushions. 

Natural daylight comes through the window all day long, and my favorite books are close to me, so I can choose my favourite ones.

Et voilà. C’est sur les bords de l’Ebre où j’aime lire.

La rivière, de l’air frais, de l’eau pour se rafraîchir et un bon livre. Ce sont des éléments parfaits pour une bonne soirée en lisant. Ah oui, j’oubliais le plus important : la bonne compagnie de mes amis les canards.

Quel est mon endroit pour lire? Partout où le temps le permet. Sur  un vieux tronc de chêne situé dans le jardin de ma maison où je m'assieds habituellement pour lire quand il fait  beau; ce n´est pas si confortable qu’ un bon fauteuil au coin du feu, mais on est au printemps et on est tellement bien à l´extérieur….

When I travel I really love reading. 

I enjoy my train trips to Burgos where I´m preparing for my competitive exams. 

I spend two hours travelling while I do my homework and read inspiring books. 

I like reading next to a window because I can also see the relaxing views.

This is my room, where I read. 

There are many books on its shelves, as many that I think I will not be able to dive into them throughout my life. It doesn’t matter! 

The point is to take one, to look at it with care and discover the wonderful worlds that are in their pages.

The good weather comes  

Someone said that landscape is memory and reconstructs memories, but the aroma of these beautiful flowers remains in my memory, and it also hypnotizes me when I'm with a book. 

I’m a romantic person, and this place is a source of melancholy, and it becomes my favorite place to read.

With the arrival of spring you can discover places where you will be able to read. For example in a park, sitting on a bench and be surrounded by trees and flowers.

It is a fantastic season to go out, look for a quiet space and enjoy an interesting book.

The most special place to read is my own room. 

For me, reading is an activity of entertainment and relaxation, that is why I need daylight,  being alone, in silence with my hair up, a bottle of water and some paper; especially when I am reading English books to write down some new vocabulary.

This picture shows the place where I usually enjoy reading. 

When my children go to bed, I normally read just for a short while, because my toddler is ready to wake me up shortly after I fall asleep.

Definitely one of the places where I love reading is in my bed. 

After a hectic day, I relax and just read a few pages. Then I am ready to rest and dream . Absolutelly necessary to get up with plenty of energy the following day. 

It is a real, little pleasure. Try it if you haven´t done it already!

Nire irakurtzeko leku kutunena Oz da. Neguan, suaren inguruan herri vikingo batean egon nahiago dut. Udaberrian, berriz, zelaian esertzea gustatzen zait. Han behi batek bere oroitzapenak kontatzen dizkit eta. 
Dena dela, liburu on bat badaukazu, lekua ez da garrantzitsuena. Horregatik, nire lekurik gogokoena liburuak eramaten nauen tokia da.

My favourite place to read is my bedroom which has white walls .There is a wooden double bed and four cushions. There is also a modern lamp and some books on the wooden nightstand. Next to the bed, there is a big window overlooking a patio full of flowers. In front of the window there is a large white curtain.

It´s a simple and cozy place.

 A Tree in the Background

Backed on her cushion, my wife is reading on my left. The duvet gifts us a tender heat. At this moment, if you had something compulsory to do it would be to sleep deeply. However, obligations are not welcome. Now it´s my time. Time to open my book for a few delicious minutes…under the Buddha tree.
